The Pure Cane Juice produced from this “Wonder Plant” was so destinctive that crafting it to perfection to our Signature Premium White Mauritian Rum, Britannia, was simply the natural evolution of a great spirit.

It reveals layers of flavor, from the initial warmth of subtle spice notes to the bright, uplifting zest of citrus and the comforting essence of vanilla, all culminating in a beautifully smooth, woody finish.
