This is a sophisticated, multisensory experience, capturing the elegance and allure of the island’s finest treasures.
50ml Mon Trésor Golden Rum
15ml Candied Ginger
50ml Orange Cordial
15ml Chocolate Bitters
Glass Rock Glass
Add all ingredients to a stirring beaker.
Fill with ice and stir for 15 to 20 seconds.
Strain over a large block of ice.

Served over a single large ice block, the cocktail is presented in a glass smoked with cinnamon, infusing each sip with an aromatic warmth. Garnished with a touch of indulgence – a dark chocolate block brushed with gold shimmer.
To smoke the glass: Break up one cinnamon stalk into smaller pieces and set alight with a torch, place a pre-chilled moist glass upside down over the burning flame to kill the flame and smoke the glass.
